HR Manager

Sparkybit is looking for an experienced HR specialist in Dnipro or Kharkiv to develop and support the company’s HR processes. This is a full-time position with the ability to work either in the office or in a mixed (partially remote) way.


Essential Skills:

◆ 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in IT;
◆ Strong communication and negotiation skills;
◆ Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations;
◆ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
◆ Strong analytical skills;
◆ Attention to details;
◆ English: Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

◆ HR strategy development and planning;
◆ Development and updating of policies, procedures and processes;
◆ Participation in the strategy development and implementation of organizational changes;
◆ Close cooperation with Recruitment and Employer Brand managers;
◆ Coordinating interviews; taking part in vacancies launch;
◆ Taking part in organizing social and educational activities;
◆ Onboarding and offboarding of employees;
◆ Employees' Learning&Development;
◆ Employees' Retention;
◆ Internal communication.
