What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:

  • 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project implementations
  • Strong expertise in Lightning/Visualforce, APEX, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows
  • Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
  • Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
  • Experience with pre-sales processes and ability to provide innovative solutions to fit customer budgets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
  • Experience and ability mentoring and coaching others
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business
  • Developing relationships with potential clients answering detailed technical questions about product capabilities and approaches to meeting the client needs while maximizing existing product capabilities
  • Leading projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases
  • Overall solution design to meet the business requirements and fulfill user stories, and for leading a team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases
  • Progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. Through user story definition, logical data model design, functional system design, and best-practice methodologies, you will be responsible for the detailed design of enterprise-level Salesforce Service cloud and related technology projects from inception through production support
  • Provide industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders and identify areas of product growth. Attend meetings with business development managers and act as a technical expert
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
