What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:

  • Good English;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience with Sales Navigator, LinkedIn,and email automation tools will be a huge bonus
  • Basic computer skills: browser, Google Docs, Google Drive
  • Experience in IT lead generation will be a bonus;
  • Experience in working with foreign audience will be a bonus;
  • Perseverance, attention to detail responsibility, result orientation, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Work both in team and independently, research and map potential accounts
  • Identify key accounts stakeholders that fit ICP (ideal customer persona) description
  • Build cold contact lists in compliance with provided criteria;
  • Search emails manually and via automated tools and upload them to the CRM;
  • Drive cold manual messaging and in-mailing with perspective profiles via LinkedIn;
  • Convert cold LinkedIn leads to warm, pass warm leads to business development manager;
  • Upload information about leads to CRM, update initial statuses and pass lead to colleagues in bizdev team.
  • Regularly report on statuses, provide updates; constantly analyze and improve the results.
